Configure Your Chatbot

Customize everything from chatbot appearance to messaging, targeting, and email capture.

Access configuration settings

  1. In the left sidebar, go to the Bots section

  2. Click into the chatbot you want to edit

  3. At the top, click the Configuration tab

Control where your chatbot appears

  • Display on URLs: Choose the specific pages where the chatbot should appear
  • Blacklist URL Patterns: Exclude the chatbot from specific pages by entering URL patterns
