Customize Your Chatbot’s Design

Updating your chatbot’s look and placement is a breeze!

In this article

Access the style settings

  1. Within the Bots tab, click the bot you want to edit

  2. At the top, click the Configuration tab

  3. Click on the Style section below Targeting

Customize chatbot appearance

  • Avatar: Upload a new image to give your bot a fresh look

  • Color: Choose a color using the RGB selector or enter a HEX code directly

  • Name: Edit the name displayed to users in the chat interface

  • Avatar Diameter: Adjust the size of the avatar icon

Adjust chatbot placement

Fine-tune where the chatbot appears on your page:

  • Bottom Margin: Control how far up from the bottom of the screen the bot appears. E.g: 100 will move the chatbot 100 pixels up the page

  • Bot Positioning: Choose whether the chatbot appears on the left or right-hand side of the page.

Save your changes

When you're finished customizing:

  1. Click Save in the upper right corner
  2. Your chatbot will update instantly with the new design and placement
