Add content to your bot's brain

💡 Before your bot can think, you need to connect it to knowledge.

To answer questions, your chatbot needs a brain—and that brain is made up of Crawls and Datasets housed in the Knowledge tab.

There are two ways to do this:

  • Option 1: From the Bots tab, open your bot, then click Add Crawl or Add Dataset to create and connect sources in one step

  • Option 2: Go to the Knowledge tab in the left sidebar to create your Crawls and Datasets. Then return to your bot and link them in its Knowledge tab
