How to Train Answers from Analytics

The best way to train answers is by understanding what your visitors are asking, and optimizing accordingly.

1. Review your Analytics Feed

Navigate to your Assistant's Analytics, and click "Feed" to see a list of latest questions asked. You will see a detailed card for each incoming conversation. 

2. Identify topic gaps

As you are reviewing the questions, you will notice "unknown answer" and you can click the pencil icon to train that answer.

3. Train answer

Use your own judgment to decide what questions are worth training. Click "Train Answer" and fill out the form as required. You can also train the answer as a variant of something you've already trained before. Learn more about training specifics here.
