Share a Document
Even if you're on a single-seat plan, you can still collaborate with teammates or freelancers by sharing your document.
In your document, look in the upper right corner and click the Share icon.
There are three ways to share your document:
-
Public link:
Flip the toggle next to Public link to generate a read-only version of the document. This view doesn’t require a Frase account to access. - Editable link:
Send this link to another Frase user (free or paid), and they'll have full editing access to the document and its tabs
⚠️ Important: If the person you’re sharing with is not part of your team, we recommend that you process the SERP before sharing. This ensures the SEO Document credit is counted under your account—not theirs.
- Download first, then send:
Click the 3-dot icon near the SEO Panel and then "Export" for options to download as an HTML file, PDF or .txt file
