Track keyword performance, spot decay, and optimize smarter with Frase.
Frase’s SEO Analytics feature integrates directly with Google Search Console (GSC) so you can bring your most important search data into your content workflow. By syncing your GSC account, you’ll get visibility into how your existing content is performing in search—and where to focus next.

Connect Google Search Console to Frase
To use SEO Analytics, you must first connect your Google Search Console account:
-
In the left-hand panel, go to the SEO Analytics tab.
-
Click the Integrate Google Search Console button.
-
Sign into the Google account that owns the domain(s) you want to track.
Frase will then pull in performance data from your GSC account.
Plan access: The Starter plan supports 1 domain. The Professional & Enterprise plan supports unlimited domains.
Understand Queries, Pages, and Clusters
Once your data is loaded, you’ll see performance KPIs and a graph reflecting whichever data set is currently selected.
Below the graph are three tabs that organize your data:
-
Queries: Shows the search queries your domain’s pages rank for.
-
Pages: Displays the pages ranking for those queries.
-
Clusters: Groups similar queries and aggregates KPIs.
Clicking into any row in these tabs will update the graph and provide deeper insights into specific content or keyword performance.
Filter and Segment Your SEO Data
You can filter queries directly using the search bar in the Queries tab.
To filter either Queries or Pages, use the dropdown filters in the upper right corner of the table. This allows you to drill into specific keyword sets, page types, or patterns you're targeting.
Use Statuses to Prioritize Optimization
The All Pages or All Queries dropdown lets you segment results based on current search performance. These statuses help you prioritize where to take action:
-
Top Result: Ranking in positions 1–10 with stable performance.
-
Quick Win: Reached the top 10 within 3 months of publishing.
-
Ranked: Earning clicks but not ranking near the top.
-
Decay: Recently dropped in rank by more than 2 positions and clicks decreased.
-
Opportunity: Ranking in positions 10–50 with rising impressions.
-
Unranked: Poor position and no click activity.
Create Documents from Queries or Pages
When you identify a page or keyword worth optimizing, you can turn it into a Frase document in just a few clicks:
-
In the Queries or Pages tab, click the + icon to the far right of the item you want to optimize.
-
In the window that appears, preview the query and page it will be based on.
-
Click the Create Document button.
Frase will then process search results and direct you to the Optimize tab, where you'll see suggested semantic topics to add to your content.
