Here's what to expect when it comes to canceling your subscription or requesting a refund.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain full access until then.

A few things to note:

• Canceling your plan (or any add-ons) will remove any discounts, promo codes, or coupons associated with your account.

• If you choose to resubscribe in the future, those offers won’t be applied retroactively.

Our Refund Policy

Since Frase offers a free trial and all plans require manual sign-up, we generally don’t offer refunds.

We typically do not refund:

• Unused months on annual plans

• Past charges when a cancellation wasn’t submitted

We also reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

• You’ve created multiple trial accounts

• You’ve violated our terms of service or fair use policies
