Topic Status

By clicking the "By Status" dropdown menu in the Optimize tab, there are four statuses to sort through Topics as shown in the screenshot below.

• Completed (marked green in the list): mention the topic at the suggested frequency or more
• Topic Gap (gray in the list): don't mention topic at all in your editor
• In Progress (orange in the list): mention the topic at least once, but below the suggested frequency
• Overuse (red in the list): mentioning the topic too much relative to the amount of content in the editor. For example, mentioning a topic 10 times when you have 30 words in the editor will likely show overuse, but it won't be marked red for overuse if there are 1,000 words in the editor.
