Importing an FAQ into your dataset

Frase allows you to import FAQs in bulk into your dataset. Navigate to your dataset, and click "Import from Excel' on the top right corner.

Make sure your Excel sheet follows this structure:

• Column 1: question
• Column 2: answer
• Column 3: button text
• Column 4: button link
