Does it integrate with live chat?

Frase Answers integrates with numerous live chat providers, including:

  • Drift
  • Intercom
  • Hubspot
  • Gorgias
  • Tawk
  • Tidio
  • Zendesk
  • Olark
  • Freshchat
  • Helpcrunch

  • Prompt live chat as fallback (pictured above in red) -- flip this switch and it will turn green to enable live chat handoff
  • Select option under "Live Chat Provider"

When your visitors can't find an answer through Frase, you can transfer them to an agent via live chat. Frase also allows you to schedule live chat availability, so your Assistant only offers this option within a specific time interval.
