What’s the difference between dismissing vs. deleting a question?

Deleting a question permanently removes it from your account so it won't appear in the "Feed" or counted in "Analytics".  

"Dismissing" a question removes it from your "Needs Training" view.  Dismissed questions can be found in "Latest Questions" and your "Feed", and are counted in your "Analytics".
